1. Definitions

• User: Any visitor, talent, or client using the Website.
• Talent: Actors, models, musicians, photographers, or entertainers registered to offer services.
• Client: Individuals or businesses seeking to hire talent.
• Content: Any text, images, videos, or media uploaded by users.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Must be 18+ to register (minors require guardian consent).
• Users are responsible for protecting login credentials.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or misuse.

3. Services Overview

We provide a talent marketplace connecting Talents & Clients. We do not:

• Guarantee bookings or employment.
• Act as an agent or employer.
• Verify every job posting (users must conduct due diligence).

4. User Responsibilities

For All Users

• No fraud, scams, harassment, or discrimination.
• No spam, phishing, or unlawful activity.

For Talents

• Provide Accurate Information: You must ensure your profile details (bio, photos, videos, physical, etc.) are complete and accurate.
• Content Submitted via WhatsApp/Email: If you send us photos, videos, or details through external channels, you authorize us to upload, edit, resize, optimize, and manage such content in your profile.
• Ownership Confirmation: : You confirm that you own the rights to any content you provide (directly or via WhatsApp/email) and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Responsibility Disclaimer: Gulf Got Talents is not responsible for errors, omissions, or disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate details provided by you.
• Indemnity for Media: You agree to indemnify Gulf Got Talents against claims, damages, or disputes (including copyright issues) relating to content you supplied.
• Honor agreed bookings and notify clients promptly of cancellations.

For Clients

• Provide fair and accurate job descriptions.
• Pay as agreed and ensure safe and respectful working conditions.

5. Code of Conduct

• Act professionally and respectfully.
• Ensure safety and fairness in all engagements.
• Treat others equally — no bias based on gender, nationality, or background.

6. AML & Fraud Disclaimer

• We comply with UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.
• Suspicious or fraudulent accounts will be suspended and reported.
• Users must not use the platform for illegal transactions.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• You keep ownership of your uploads.
• By uploading or sending media to Gulf Got Talents, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for:
  • Display on the platform.
  • Social media features.
  • Ads, promotions, and newsletters.
• Prohibited Content: Pornography, hate speech, violence, or copyrighted works without rights.

8. Payments & Fees

• Free & Premium plans available.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds only within 7 days of purchase (if eligible).
• No refunds for partially used plans.
• Booking disputes = handled between talent & client.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Uploading prohibited content.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

• We don’t guarantee jobs or bookings.
• We’re not liable for downtime, errors, or third-party links.
• We’re not responsible for user misconduct.
• Maximum liability = fees you paid in the last 6 months.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Gulf Got Talents LLC for any claims, damages, or disputes caused by your use of the Website, breach of these Terms, or media/content you provide.

12. Governing Law

• Governed by UAE law.
• Exclusive jurisdiction: UAE courts.
• Arbitration may apply if both parties agree.

13. Marketing & Communications

By registering, you agree to receive service-related notifications. You may opt-out of marketing emails anytime.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance of changes.
