At Gulf Got Talents LLC ("we," "our," "us"), we value transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, payments, and cancellations work on www.GulfGotTalents.com.

1. Subscription Services

  • Free Plan -- Always free, no payments required.
  • Premium Plan -- Paid subscription with enhanced features.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are available only within 7 days of purchase (if eligible).
  • No refunds for partially used or expired subscriptions.
  • If you request a refund within the allowed period, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

3. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime via account settings.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel before the renewal date.
  • After cancellation, you'll continue to enjoy Premium features until the end of your billing period.

4. Booking Disputes (Clients & Talents)

  • Talent-Client bookings are private agreements between users.
  • We are not responsible for disputes, late payments, or cancellations between clients and talents.
  • We encourage both parties to communicate directly and honor agreements professionally.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided if:

  • Subscription was partially used.
  • Cancellation was made after renewal date.
  • Account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.

6. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with:

  • UAE Consumer Protection & E-Commerce Laws
  • GCC best practices for digital services and subscriptions.
