These AI Terms of Use ("AI Terms") explain how you can use the Artificial Intelligence ("AI") features provided by Gulf Got Talents LLC ("we," "our," "us") on www.GulfGotTalents.com. By using our AI-powered tools, you agree to these AI Terms, which form part of our general Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose of AI Features
We use AI responsibly to make your experience smarter and faster. AI helps us:
- Match Talents & Clients more efficiently.
- Tag & Categorize Media (photos, videos, audio).
- Detect Fraud & Misuse to keep the platform safe.
- Analyze Usage to improve services.
- Personalize Suggestions for casting and opportunities.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy
- AI outputs are recommendations only.
- They may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable.
- You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI suggestions before making decisions.
3. User Responsibilities
By using AI features, you agree:
- Not to rely solely on AI for casting, hiring, or contractual decisions.
- To verify AI outputs before acting on them.
- That you remain responsible for your uploaded content, regardless of AI categorization.
4. Intellectual Property & AI Outputs
- AI may generate classifications, insights, or suggestions from your data.
- All AI outputs remain the property of Gulf Got Talents LLC.
- You cannot resell, repurpose, or redistribute AI-generated results outside our platform without permission.
5. Data Usage & Privacy
- AI only processes the data you provide (profiles, media uploads, etc.).
- We comply with UAE PDPL 2021 and other GCC data protection laws.
- We do not sell AI-processed data to third parties.
- You may request opt-out of AI-driven features by contacting support.
6. Limitations & Liability
- AI features are provided "as is".
- We make no guarantees of accuracy, fitness for purpose, or reliability.
- We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by reliance on AI outputs.
- Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with AI features is to stop using them.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use AI features to:
- Create unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
- Circumvent platform rules or engage in fraud.
- Exploit or manipulate AI for unfair advantage.
8. Human Oversight
- AI is a support tool only.
- All final booking, hiring, and casting decisions are made by people.
- Our moderation team reviews AI-detected violations before enforcement.
9. Modifications to AI Features
We may update, change, or remove AI-powered tools at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These AI Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
